HSK PAN privacy notice
Your learning progress remains in your browser unless a future account feature explicitly says otherwise. The contact form stores the name, email, topic, subject, message, optional related-page URL, public reference, workflow status, and any private staff notes needed to review and respond.
Abuse prevention
For contact-form security, HSK PAN stores a one-way hash derived from the request address, a short user-agent value, and duplicate fingerprints. Raw network addresses are not stored in the contact table.
Retention and requests
Administrators can archive or permanently delete contact submissions. To ask about or remove a message, use the contact form with the same email address.
Cookies
Public learning pages use local browser storage for theme and progress. Secure, HTTP-only cookies are used only for administrator sessions.
